Mindy N. O’Neal

Mindy has lived in Central Florida for over 30 years, relocating from a small town in South Carolina. Graduating from Lake Brantley High School, Mindy had an interest in math and engineering. Mindy attended the University of Florida (Gators) for her Mechanical Engineering degree and is now a licensed PE and LEED AP BD+C. Into her career, Mindy had a desire to learn the management and business side within a company attending Rollins College to obtain her MBA. She has a passion for sustainable design and has 15+ years in the commercial building industry doing mechanical and plumbing engineering design.
K. Mark O’Neal
Co-FOUNDER
Kenneth (Mark) is a Florida native and grew up in a small town in Central Florida, Haines City. With a background of drafting in high school, Mark found an interest in engineering. After graduation, Mark attended a technical school in Tampa, FL and began his career in Orlando in 1989. With 30 plus years in the commercial building industry HVAC and plumbing design, he worked with several local A/E firms to develop his expertise. Currently he is a member of ASHRAE, has obtained his Associates of Arts degree in Construction Management, and completing his Bachelor of Science in Construction in Fall of 2021.
